The 6PSevo series combines proven motorless activation technology with advanced control systems. Our patented polymer activation apparatus activates all types of liquid polymers—anionic, cationic, and non-ionic—without mechanical mixing, reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs.
The peristaltic pump design eliminates clogging valves entirely, dramatically reducing maintenance and downtime. Combined with our IP66 watertight polymer pump and Cortex7 controller, the 6PSevo series delivers unmatched reliability in the most demanding industrial environments.
Motorless Activation
Our patented motorless activation system eliminates mechanical mixing while delivering high-energy polymer activation. The activation apparatus uses a low-pressure, high-energy activation nozzle to activate all types of liquid polymers—anionic, cationic, and non-ionic.
